- Abstract
This paper discusses the optimum method of overall construction schedule in the view of systematization and analyszes the factors concerned with overall schedule. It provides a mathematical model of optimization the goal of best general economical benefit. A calculation programme for this model is drawn up and the operating procedures is told. This method overcomes the limitation of current optimum method,and provides construction mnagers a scientific tool in optimizing and adjusting overall construction schedule.
