- Abstract
Concerning the existent and latent risk in building,operating and transfering of BOT project, the model of BOT risk is advanced in AHP way, and on the basis of sinqle target and the importance of the weiqht of each index affecting,the policy in the risk of the BOT project is made by the use of the method.
