- Abstract
For azimuthal anisotropy seismic exploration, it is very important to separate the fast and slow shear waves splitting in this type of anisotropic media. Many researchers have worked on this problem, but their methods are not realistic in exploration. In this paper, a new method of separating the shear waves splitting in EDA media is presented, that can be directly applied to actual use. Through numerical examples, it can be found that the method is highly efficient and accurate.
