- Abstract
A normal society is one in which healthy and handicapped people can live together.As an important mark of the civilization, building barrier-free enviornment has become a world-wide topic.This article analyses the meaning, international tendency,cost and the performance of barrier-free design in China, in order to offer a new direction for thinking and to bring it to more attention and comprehension.
