  • Abstract
The performance feedback is an important means of motivating. With its efficient and proper application, the subordinates' zeal can be arisen. Otherwise, it may be the hindrance. This paper gives a brief account of performance feedback concept, expounds the mode of performance feedback. Then, it analyzes in depth the effect of performance feedback on the subordinate's work behavior. At last, it points out some problems that should be paid attention in performance feedback.
