- Abstract
Geographic information systems (GIS) have been widely used in the field of city science. Its timely, accurate and friendly displaying methods have been won more attention from the decision makers. In this paper, several problems,such as system objects, system compositions, and system designing methods etc., were discussed and some suggestions were presented. Three examples were illustrated at the end of the paper.
