- Abstract
This paper analyzes and summarizes the main problem in developing Management Information System (MIS). On this basis, it presents a new model of MIS development. In this model, the authors emphasize and discuss the importance and conformation of independent system application platform. The final purpose of this model lies in making the users to maintain database, reconstruct application system and develop new application conveniently.
