- Abstract
Even if pulled by single wire rope, the axle-linked cable-car can under some conditions automatically balance the eccentric moment caused by the carried loads. This paper expounds the self-balance principles of the four-wheel axle-linked cable car, deduces the associated formulae and analyzes the conditions for its application, laying a theoretic foundation for the design of transverse container cable car.
