- Abstract
The bidder can't make bold to withdraw the bid or to modify it in the period of validity of the bid. When the bid error takes place before decision on a tender, the bid is granted to modify or withdraw. After the contract has been entered into, it can be changed or canceled, then the bidder is given a remedy at law.
