- Abstract
The development of enterprise system undergoes mainly three forms: the system of private business, system of co-operative business and company system. Nowadays, the company system has become the main form for organization of the company property because of its two main features-the multiple principal of the company property right and the position of independent corporate make it more effective than other ones. In this paper, the following is discussed: how a national construction enterprise fulfills the objective of revising and improving the structure of the company ownership by carrying out its reform and standardization with company system.
