- Abstract
This paper discussed whether natural resources have values from Labor Theory of Value and Utility Theory of Value at first, then its values are defined and its are methods of classification summarized. It is definite that values of natural resources include economic value, social value, and ecological value, and representations of all these values are commodity value and service value. Evaluating natural resources scientifically, especially its service value, and establishing reasonable strategy of utilizing and protecting natural resources are a very important task for sustainable using of natural resources.
