- Abstract
The evaluation of competence for site manager has characteristics of multi - factor, fuzziness and complexity , this paper takes use of fuzzy evaluation and multi - factor with the standard of professional qualification of international project manager in Chongqing to evaluate the competence of site manager based on his performance and sets forth the evaluation based on a actual sample.
