- Abstract
Visa management is an important content during the engineering management. To verify benefits of both the owner and the contractor, the owner should more strictly obey the rule of visa subscription and audit the Visa, The contractor should consummate the visa management system. Also, both sides should pay attention to obeying instead of being affined to special confinements such as form, time and process.
