  • Abstract
Based on the theory of value chain,this paper explained the constitution of the value chain and the important function of channels in Real Estate sale promotion.Furthermore,it analyzed the erroneous ideas about the present management of the channels for sale promotion systematically.And for the lower-cost and high-efficiency purpose,it puts forward the viewpoint that channels should be established and integrated based upon the value chain theory,moreover,the key point in the process was discussed.
